Pour Tutu Cherry Syrup, Tutu Dark Mocha, simple syrup, aquafaba, and blueberry juice into a shaker. Add ice cube and mix it until properly chilled. Use double strainer to finely strain the foam, pour into coupe glass. Add garnish, and serve.
